From flag to bag

After an event, flags are often thrown away. What a waste. Amsterdam 750 thought so too. That is why we were given the opportunity to turn them into a special collection of products, including this functional tote bag. Thanks to the recognisable colours and bold graphic patterns, we were able to create bags as vibrant as the city itself. And because every flag is different, no two tote bags are ever the same.

As a tribute to Amsterdam 750, the bag features a subtle “Amsterdam 750” label. The two sturdy shoulder straps make it comfortable to carry by hand or over the shoulder. Amsterdam’s birthday

Amsterdam celebrated its 750th birthday for an entire year. A jubilee filled with stories, local initiatives and major events that brought the whole city to life. The celebrations may be over, but the memories remain. A special year in which Amsterdam reflected on its history and looked ahead to the future.
