How long will delivery take?
We ship your order within 1–2 business days. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the next day.
For orders within Europe, delivery takes 3–10 business days (depending on the destination country).
Orders outside Europe are typically delivered within 10–15 business days.
Choosing express shipping? Your parcel will be delivered worldwide within 2–3 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, shipping is free for orders from €99.
For orders below that amount, shipping is €5.95.
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. All parcels are shipped from Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Where are your products made?
All Unbegun products are handmade in our workshop in the Amsterdam region.
What materials are the products made from?
Our bags and laptop sleeves are made from discarded materials such as old Amsterdam market tarps, festival tents and offcuts from truck tarpaulins. This way, materials get a second life and waste is reduced.
We also aim to source the remaining materials we use as locally as possible.
The product I want is sold out or not available in my colour/size — what can I do?
Send us a message at info@unbegun.nl or a DM on Instagram. Sometimes we have stock in our studio or know when an item will be back. In some cases, we can even make a similar product in a different colour for you.
Are your products waterproof?
Our products are made from water-repellent materials. They can handle rain, but they are not fully waterproof under prolonged exposure to moisture.
How do I care for my Unbegun product?
Simply clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine-wash or tumble-dry.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We do not use any animal-derived materials.
Do you make custom products for companies or events?
Yes. We regularly create custom products for companies, brands and events. We often use their own discarded materials, such as banners. We can also make products from the tarp material we use for our own collection. This gives materials a second life as unique products—like bags or accessories—that match the brand’s style and story.
