Unbegun processes personal data of prospects and other contacts. We do this to assist our contacts as effectively as possible and to achieve our objectives. In this privacy statement, we explain why and how we process your personal data. We do not have a Data Protection Officer (DPO), but we are happy to assist you with any questions. RETENTION PERIOD

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. Data collected to improve our services, such as click behavior, is retained for one (1) year. Data collected via the contact form is deleted once we have addressed your inquiry. The processing of this data is necessary for Unbegun's legitimate interests as the data controller.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

Unbegun uses service providers for specific tasks. These are not recipients of personal data but processors. The service providers Unbegun uses include:

• Google for processing emails, routes, and analytics data
• Facebook for analytics data

These parties process personal data in accordance with Unbegun's privacy guidelines.
