For years, the Amsterdam market stall covers have protected merchants from the Dutch elements. Now, after they’ve been transformed into vegan laptop sleeves, they provide the ultimate protection for your MacBook.

The Unbegun laptop case is sleekly designed to snugly hold multiple 15 inch laptops, the 13 inch MacBook Pro and MacBook Air, the new 14 inch MacBook Pro M5, the new 15 inch MacBook Air M5, the 16 inch MacBook Pro and the Surface Pro laptop from Microsoft. The outside layer is made out of the old market stall covers that used to line the streets of Amsterdam. The durable material is sturdy, water-repellent and one-of-a-kind. The case is lined with foam and limestone neoprene for a cushioning effect, to ensure your laptop stays in one piece and free from scratches.

Safely stash your phone, AirPods or Magic Mouse in the front compartment. This compartment can hold your phone charger, wallet and portable drive as well. It can be closed with a zipper, featuring a handy zipper puller for easy access. The main compartment is lined with a soft fabric, lending the case a stylish look. The high quality zipper on top allows for the sleeve to be completely closed.

It is possible to use the case inside another bag for easy carrying or on it’s own for on-site use. The UNBEGUN laptop case is made with great care and attention to detail. It can be perfectly used for both business and leisure. All our cases are handmade in Amsterdam and come in multiple colorways.

The outside of this laptop sleeve is made from retired Amsterdam market tarps. For years, these tarps protected market vendors from wind and rain. Now, transformed into a durable laptop sleeve, they provide the ultimate protection for your laptop.

Sustainable protection

The sleeve features an extra shock-absorbing layer made from recycled foam. Offcuts from the production of cushions and mattresses are given a second life while protecting your laptop.
